XOLANI MPHAKATHI's testimony " God Is Great "
My life was miserable before. I was one of those who say there is no God. At the age of 20 I began to be used in alcohol, but very soon God came into my life. God said you didn’t choose me but I chose you….along the way I found myself staying with my brother who was keeping the Sabbath holy; I started to go with him to the Seventh-Day Adventist Church..The teachings were good but to me stubbornness was above my control I opposed everything they taught even my brother tried to convince me but it was very hard for me to take it. One day Jesus Himself came unto me in a dream, it was my first time to have any imagination about heaven in my life. I saw Jesus dressed on a white robe speaking to me but even now I can’t remember His words. As from then everything changed in my life, every stubbornness was taken away. To cut the story short I accepted Jesus as my LORD and SAVIOUR, and I got baptized by immersion burying the old body and receiving the new one from Christ and become a new creature. Thank God. I made a vow that I will keep His commandments including the 4th commandment that says Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy, and for now I’m waiting for His second coming that will take place very soon. For now I have been used much in the church as a preacher and I love it. God has been good to me and He can be good to others also. Glory unto Him.
