1. Admit your lost condition.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;“ Romans 3:23
2. Realize you cannot save yourself.
“Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His Mercy He saved us,” Titus 3:5
3. Know that Jesus has provided the perfect sacrifice for your salvation.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
4. Receive God’s gift of salvation.
“….the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23
“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God…” John 1:12
5. But How?
‘For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13
Whosoever means you. If you, by simple faith, will trust in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ for your soul’s salvation, you can be 100% sure that you are going to Heaven. Nothing else will do. Church membership, baptism, confirmation, or communion will not get you to heaven. None of these things can save us from sin; only Jesus Christ can save us. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6
6. Now will you call on the Lord by praying the following prayer?
“Dear God, I know that I am a sinner, I do believe in Jesus Christ and that He died to pay for my sin. The best I know how, I trust Him now and receive Him into my life as my Savior. Forgive me of my sin and save me. Thank you for saving me today, and forgiving me for my sins. In Jesus name, Amen!’
If you said this prayer, we would like to send you a FREE gift in the mail.
